I downloaded subscripted all through the app then I tried to login to connect it to other devices which it says I have no account and I can’t cast to my tv with the app ?

I don’t know what happened but I was watching starz in long time I didn’t have enough storage so I click “Offload App but it didn’t work so I deleted it and I wanted to watch spider man 3 so I went into the App Store and I click “Download” and it still didn’t want to work
Add a “start from beginning” option

I prefer to start a previously watched movie from the beginning, not resume at the end. It completely ruins the viewing experience when I have to rewind a movie. We live in an era where we should have to rewind sht.
Customer service is a joke!

My account got hacked and when I tried to recover it the customer service rep had no clue what to do and said she would escalate it, took down some of my information and said I would receive an email when it was resolved. That was almost a week ago and still no resolution. I wouldn’t really care accept for the fact I don’t want my card to be paying for someone else’s usage! Be very careful!!!

Okay, honestly this app is full of the most vapid and insipid movies and shows I have ever seen. Nothing but garbage. I would rather watch my grandfather try to eat a tangerine without his teeth then watch one of these movies.

I just downloaded the STARZ app and paid for six months. I am trying to watch a show on my phone and I have data selected because that is how I watch all the movie apps I have. It keeps telling me to change my preference in settings even though it is selected for data. I have tried it on my iPad and get the same result. I have turned of the power and restarted both thinking that might help but the same conclusion. I’m sure there is a fix but not happy so far.

I would love to hear other’s opinions on the show Power. Its the reason I downloaded STARZ. The app should include a comment section for each show.. Then this app would earn 5 STARZ!! (get it)
