Freezing 24/7

Compared to Netflix and HBOMAX. The app is horrible. The content is good. But the app has too many bugs. It’s always freezing. It never puts me back to where I left off on a show. And STARZ is always forcing you to watch 10 seconds of previews of random shows. After I’m done watching all of 50 Cents shows… if this garbage app lets me, I’m unsubscribing
Subscription doesn’t unlock content

I subscribed to this service but it still locked out some of their content. Thanked me for subscribing but also said I needed to upgrade my subscription. Canceled my subscription. Avoid this service.

DO NOT agent this app!!! You cannot get in touch with anyone to unsubscribe. The app says contact Dish. Dish says you do it on the app!! No way!! I have been trying to end my subscription for days now!!!
Subscription wont work with Apple TV

The STARZ app is not working on my Apple TV - says I need to contact my cable company but I do have STARZ and am able to log in and use just fine on the website and iPhone. So why isn’t it working on the Apple TV console?

I updated my WiFi account and have a new IP address, and I continue to receive error messages when I try to login. I have a yearly subscription that renewed in November. I have contacted support repeatedly without response. I’ve always loved this app until now. I’m terribly disappointed with customer service, not to mention the waste of money. I thought perhaps I might actually get a response with a review, one can hope!

They charge you twice in a month when you sign up for their subscription before the actual date that it’s supposed to charge you if you don’t pay attention to your bank statement you will get scammed
