Customer service is a joke! – STARZ Review

My account got hacked and when I tried to recover it the customer service rep had no clue what to do and said she would escalate it, took down some of my information and said I would receive an email when it was resolved. That was almost a week ago and still no resolution. I wouldn’t really care accept for the fact I don’t want my card to be paying for someone else’s usage! Be very careful!!!
