Using data – STARZ Review

I just downloaded the STARZ app and paid for six months. I am trying to watch a show on my phone and I have data selected because that is how I watch all the movie apps I have. It keeps telling me to change my preference in settings even though it is selected for data. I have tried it on my iPad and get the same result. I have turned of the power and restarted both thinking that might help but the same conclusion. I’m sure there is a fix but not happy so far.
