Love that you can pre-order, however it could be a little more user friendly . Hard to actually place order. Easy to find, difficult to “Place Order”.

This app used to be so great and helpful, now it is the worst. It doesn’t work half the time, it just shuts down and is useless. When it does work you have to put your order in about 3 times before the app realizes what’s supposed to happen next (it can’t find the right store, it won’t let you reload money to pay for the order, etc.) It’s faster to walk into the store, order, wait for it to be ready, and leave the store than it is to use the app.

I love mobile ordering. Sometimes, however, there can be some miscommunication with the baristas. I was ordering a skinny hot chocolate and chose whole milk which kind of threw them off. If there could be a section for brief comments while ordering, perhaps this may improve the experience. Thank you again for a great app.

Love the Starbucks app. Wish it would allow you to enter Star codes from store purchased coffee. Then I would give it 5 stars.

Not able to pre order drinks in Canada, but I can use the app to pay. So it can convert the $$ but inconvenient for skipping the line. :/ kinda crappy... My app also logs me out almost daily which slows down my use in store
Customization still lacking but otherwise good

The app is great except the customization options are still lacking. How about adding a text box at least?
Thermos for cream

Thermos for your half and half need to be replaced. It would look nice with a thumb release thermos with different colors. Cream is purple Whole milk is red Nonfat is blue and Soy is grey Faster and easier to patrons.
