Hi! I use the bar code scanner to quickly find the item description and picture of a tag to show to customers. They are amazed how technology works for us... Then the bar code scanner is gone. Now we have to read and type the small SKU number on the Search box.

Make the notification go away

Been there for over a week, there is nothing requiring my attention. Make it go away or I will delete app and shop elsewhere.

After saying that I needed the latest updated app ( which I already have), I now have the annoying red 1 in the corner of the app icon that WILL NOT GO AWAY....come on Staples...get with it. Fix it already...totally annoying.

The only reason I got this app was for the scholarship. Staples said they had a scholarship contest and to enter you would have to spend more than $25 to get a code and then go to a website and enter it. So I went to the website and I only saw "download this app for the scholarship". So I downloaded the app and all there is is a bunch of adds and no scholarship contest. This is very upsetting, and disappointing. I will never look at staples the same again.

Doesn't recognize PO Boxes

This is a pretty horrible app. When I'm checking out it will not recognize my PO Box, even though it's the billing address and it only will accept a street address. Support to get help is horrible. I'm just deleting the whole app.

Useful, but delete and reinstall to eliminate notification

The app has improved over time and the ability to use Touch ID to log in is very handy. In a recent update, there is a "mystery" notification that you can't seem to clear. You can fix this by deleting the app and reloading it. It would be better if the app team fixed this.

Weekly Ad Trapped In Tiny Window

If you like seeing the weekly add delivered in what appears to be an RSS feed list you can do it! However, if you prefer to view the printed ad, you are forced to read it in a window approximately 1/4 of the size of the display. The app is almost useless for that purpose. Look at what the app "Retale" does. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to give the app team feedback without writing a negative review. After fixing the printed ad view, I think I'd considering adding the feedback feature.

Cannot make a purchase , full of features that doesn't work

The only reason I have given this app one star is because it's the lowest . First , I do not see any good products . I wanted to buy a projector and was looking at the reviews and could not see any user submitted pictures. Hence I could not make up my mind. You know a good list of electronics would make me not look for other sites Second , there is a chat feature that is popping constant alert saying " Cannot connect " . If it actually worked, or ever works , I would like to say " Siri , message customer service in staples " . Weekly ad is zoomed out , cannot switch to a list which gives me 1/3 of screen to scroll , really ? Cannot sort reviews , no pictures. There's isn't a way to write a review about the products I purchased . My order history shows a lot of items still processing even though I have received them. My cart price and the price charged to my card amount is different . How ?? I frequently buy stuff online through shopping apps , which I look up in all my apps for the best deal . Staples app just reminds me how terrible the experience is , every time I come back to this app. I forget after few days , just to come back to this app to be reminded again. Has no one in Staples used this app to make any purchase ? Why is the app full of features that doesn't work ? Why is the experience so bad that it makes me deeply sick? Is it ever going to be better ?
