"New site" sometimes seems cluttered – Staples: Home, Office Shopping Review

I'm a long time customer and have seen many changes in the site. Maybe to younger eyes it doesn't matter, but sometimes there is too much stuff. Staples continues to improve specific searches. (Maybe writing instruments could be better on first result screen.) ... However I could not exit the pop-up box to rate the "new site." That annoyed me. I like Customer Service when I call in also. I don't need to often, though. Sometimes when I have a problem with any other company I think, "Staples would have made it right."
