Third strike and your out. Is there a reason your all has the toggle to disable promotion notices? With resetting this feature with every update your clearing trying to control unwanted advertising. I have now disabled ALL your updates through iOS.

I’m not sure how this gets four stars unless Staples is manipulating this by inserting reviews of their own. This mobile app stinks! And their phone customer service isn’t much better. Every time I try to use the mobile app (on an iPhone) it rejects the email and or password and when I try to restore them using the app it tells me it doesn’t recognize the email yet when I use both the password and the ID on the laptop it works perfectly. And when you call customer service they tell you to try it on a laptop so they are absolutely useless as well.

I try to log in and it says incorrect password.. yet when I log on on my laptop with the same password it works fine. Broken app. 1 star

I appreciate your focus on security, but not letting me paste in my randomly-generated password from my password manager might be a bit too much.

Staples is a good app it’s updated its clean it’s fresh I found a work around for the log in bug you turn WiFi off and use cellular don’t ask why that works, but I also can’t add my rewards card to apple wallet I had it before but when I tried to uninstall and reinstall all that it still won’t let me add it it says “Rewards” this device doesn’t support apple wallet feature which makes zero sense since I’m on an IPhone X so please fix that bug in the meantime I found a work around using Stocard and adding it to that hitting share and add to wallet it’s not as fluid to get to the card but it’ll do until this bug is fixed
