Recent update broke the app
The Original Bartman
Recent update broke the app and made it completely unusable! After filling in the login info, it doesn’t allow it to log in.
Since app update I can’t get logged in

I’ve updated password so many times now I’m locked out, thanks a lot something isn’t right!

The previous version before iOS 14.2 was easy to see your usage. It was a bit clunky going between days or months, but you could click on a day or month from the bar graph and see usage. Now these giant bars take up 3/4 the screen and when you click them nothing happens. You have to click the list view to see usage. Why have the option of the bar graph!? I’m a visual person and like that option, please make it work.

Can’t even log in anymore. I can still log in to my account on the SRP website, but not on the app.
App won’t even open

Updated the app and now it won’t even open. It doesn’t open and then just close, it literally just won’t open at all now. UPDATE: Deleted and reinstalled the app. Had to sign back in but now it’s working again.
Most recent update won’t let me log in

It logged me out. I enter my user name and password, but the login button doesn’t highlight green. So, I can’t get logged in....

Edit: I’ve called the number provided and they mentioned they’ll submit a ticket to the devs. Please fix the the login issue. As you can see, there are many with the same issue. This app worked great until a recent update where even after entering credentials, the login button will not activate to allow you to click the button to login. Please fix this ASAP!

Cannot login for past 2 weeks. The login button is always greyed out after entering all my info. I see others have the same issue and the developer response is to call to troubleshoot. SRP needs to do this, not the customer.

What the heck happened with this latest update? It doesn’t tell me anything about my daily and hourly usage like I’ve been able to the past year! Please fix or go back the way it was. It’s worthless the way it is now.
