No longer grants access

The SRP app will no longer allow me to log in. Despite entering my username and password, the “log in” button remains inactive. I can log in just fine using the website, so it is not an issue of incorrect username or password. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as resetting my password do not solve the problem.

App no longer works

Haven’t been able to log in to the app for a couple months now. I type in my username and password and the log in button doesn’t light up to make it even clickable. Prior to this the app was nice to use to easily check my bill.
No usage on customer generation plan (solar)

The app was ok at least until switching to also have solar. I need to use their website now to see usage “Data for this account is currently unavailable” So I can see my bill, projected bill, and if I’m in an outage.

I downloaded this app about five days ago and I have never been able to log into the app rendering it useless to me and as much as I want to give a rating of zero I cannot since there’s no option for zer0!!! What in the h3ll is your problem why bother making this application???????!?????????
