It doesn’t notify me when I am low on power or am going to shut off. It used to let me know I didn’t have enough power for that day but now it won’t tell me so I constantly have to guess where my power is at. I hate hate hate this app because half the time it won’t even let me log in!! I love being able to purchase power right from my phone, don’t get me wrong, but if my power goes out and I can’t log in, what’s the point of using it?? The power went out this morning no warning or notifications, and then I tried to log into the app and online, it just said sorry something went wrong call this number, so I did and the call wouldn’t even go through. “User busy”. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. And I restarted my phone, connected/disconnected WiFi. Something is seriously wrong with this app. This is some serious BS. I need to be able to log in to my own account especially when I need to purchase power!!

The most recent updates to this app, and the way the app performed before those updates, is a figurative death spiral and a microcosm for how SRP, a pseudo-governmental utility cabal, treats its customers.
Need to log in every time

Recently, the app makes you log in each time. Doe not help if you turn on the toggle to “keep me logged in”. Makes the app practically unusable.

I use this app every day to review daily usage but intermittently in the past two weeks the usage field on the home page has a statement “content is currently unavailable”. Can you please investigate and fix the problem? Thank you.

This app was great up until about 2 weeks ago! Used to login almost on a daily basis to check my usage and monthly bill projections and pay bill. Now, I can’t login at all! What happened to this app? PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!!

We have been using this app don’t use this app it’s a scam I used $19 today and made me use another $20 dollars to cover up some fee that supposedly was with the bank I have had this service for 10 years but I don’t recommend the app so many scams while using the app I bet they have a scam going with the bank. BEWARE DONT USE THIS APP YOU WILL GET SCAMMED BY SRP!!!!!!!!!

The app doesn’t work very well a lot of the time. The formatting isn’t good. Lots of times the data won’t update. Seems like this is a first app project for someone. I do try to use it to reduce our electric bill, but it is hard to do without accurate and timely data. Also it seems like the same info is available on the website so I don’t see the real benefit in creating an independent app.

This app has a couple flaws and I’m sure SRP is working on it. Right SRP IT? Anybody remember when you couldn’t track your daily usage and then cringed when the bill came? Those days are over folks! Now I know that it costs about 35¢ to bake a pizza at 5pm in October. About 50¢ for a load of laundry at noon in July. 7¢/hr at night in November. My wife wants to choke me but I love it and now I am more aware of energy usage instead of running blind and popping a cork when I see the bill. -1 star because the app doesn’t cook breakfast. Come on SRP, you’re better than this!
