Features to keep you in the know:
Daily Cost and Usage: Get a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in one of our Time-of-Day plans, you can even see how much energy you’ve used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings.
Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely, from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments.
Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, quickly report it and get estimated restoration times. You can also see areas out of power using the interactive outage map along with the cause and number of customers affected.
Stay informed: Receive push notifications to get updates on your bill, payments, or a power outage.
Use your SRP My Account login to access the app. Don’t have My Account? No problem! Simply register your SRP account using the app.

I used to log in without a problem. I was evidently logged out and can’t get back in. I have tried to reset the password a few times, but despite trying everything that I can think of, when I try to log in, I enter my username and my password, but the green “log in” soft key doesn’t brighten.... it stays faded and as an inactive button... so I went to “sign up” which is the only active button... and after I enter my username, the error message that pops up is “this username is already used for an account”. It’s a bit ridiculous. Please figure out the bug. Oh yes, I did delete the app and then reinstalled it.... same problem

This app used to be great. For the past month or so, when I try to log in the green button for login stays disabled. If I choose create login (the only option allowed), I’m told that the login ID and password already exist. I haven’t tried resetting my password multiple times as well as deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Very frustrating!!

Ever since I added solar power to my home and switched to a different “plan”, I have not been able to login to the app to see my power usage, billing, etc. What is the problem? Is SRP ever going to fix this?
Does Not Always Allow You to Review Payment

This has happened to me tooo many times. Didn’t allow me to review my payment today just took 2 months out of my account.
Weekly bill projection

The app updated a couple months ago and now has weekly bill projections sent to your phone and even when you turn it off it starts it back up the next month. It’s irritating and not necessary.
This app doesn't do much

The Android app does way more than this version. This app can't view bills, past and present, you can't even download a copy of the bill. I don't get any notifications at all even though I have it set to show notifications. I might just as well use the mobile version.

UPDATE: months later no fix to app. Customer service suggested I create a new SRP profile. They lost me at, let’s have you do a bunch of work to see if that helps. No thanks. Like many others I cannot login anymore. Login button is grayed out. Called the number for support. They claim they have not even heard of this issue. I suggested they read all the recent reviews here.

I can’t use the app anymore because it doesn’t let me log in. It appears if you’re on a discounted plan they screw you over from being able to use their app. Don’t waste your time.

App is useless. Can’t even log in anymore. Update: First review submitted in February. Nearly three months later and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing; login button stays greyed out regardless. Seriously think this is done maliciously so folks don’t have as easy access to the account and miss payments since they’re not receiving app notifications and in turn, they can collect late fees.

I used to use this app to pay bills check my usage and now. I can even long in it won’t hold my new password it keeps telling me it’s incorrect. Hopefully someone sees this because Customer Service can’t help. I have to reset my password every time I need to make a payment.
