The app won’t even open up for me I’ve updated it and it still won’t open up. Just as bad as my signal ??♀️
One step closer with latest update

App loads and doesn’t crash now, but when I try to go to the main menu it says there’s a connectivity issue. Therefor the app is still useless.

I just finished chatting/texting with a tech expert. He walked me through every single step and was very patient being that it takes awhile on some of the steps. I would definitely recommend this app!

This “tech” names Astin is probably some dude sitting up on his couch playing video games and wasting all my time. He kept asking me random questions for at least 45 minutes instead of resolving the my phone problem. I just told him to just tell me his has no intentions of helping so just say so. I’m done!
