Omar was quick and knew exactly how to resolve my issue via this app, mind you I called customer support and got the run around and tried telling me I couldn’t use iMessage anymore. Sprint customer service reps via phone are poorly trained and barely speak English smh

I’ve used this app several times and I’m a dunce wen it comes to cell service etc WiFi , 4g LTE . However this app gives you very wise help they are easy to understand and extremely helpful . I’m grateful to this app . Thanks all that were of service to me ????
