I sent them a message (and even took some screen shots for proof) and it's been over an hour and a half with NO response except for the automated response! The must need a new response system for this or something because there isn't anyone to respond in a timely manner! My suggestion would be to put a hold on this app until they have the proper team and software to use this app!
