Love how easy it is to record. However I recommend buying a mic for your phone because Your phones mic isn't good quality. It also will sometimes record no audio??? I purchased an MV88 and now I get near broadcast quality audio. Would recommend this to everyone looking to record on the go or in a pinch. However I do wish I could have the option to extend record time another 5 min by confirmation 2min before your current recording ends. And a way to upload to YouTube. I really want to use this on stage when doing comedy but 5 min record time isn't enough.

That was the best part of this app. The ability to interview folks on the phone on the go. Now you no longer can. You can only record yourself. I wanted to record people overseas in future episodes of my show But since you can no longer record a phone call... It might be time to find yet another method. Everything an app becomes perfect, Someone in marketing messes it up. Record with friends ONLY works with people with internet WHO ALSO HAVE AN ANCHOR ACCOUNT. What a HASSLE!! (So no interviewing Granny or that professor in Africa who only has an office phone) *Update, you can use a digital number from Google to record a phone call and record the conversation as an MP3 THEN you can edit the snot out of it and upload it to your channel in 5 MINUTE INCREMENTS... then publish. I’ll add the name of a competing company to this review when I can find a good replacement.

Heard a podcast ad and sounded interesting

Like I said, it sounded interesting but I never got to try it as soon as you launch the app you can not check it out without creating a login or connecting it to your Facebook or something. Looking at the feature list it seems really out of place as a requirement. Also If that tap here for a preview on the login page was supposed to do anything it wasn’t working just a blank white box
Just a little bit of editing

Only complaints are that I can’t trim the recording and do just a tiny bit of editing in-app. I found some static at the end of my episode but I couldn’t just drop the last 5 seconds without losing my whole recording. So I just posted it anyway. I get that it should be short, quick, and somewhat raw but id love just a little bit of trimming capability.
