Overall awesome...just a couple improvements

pureyk1

Overall the app is awesome. Only ask for two points of improvement: 1. To be able to control the Audio level for the background music. 2. To fix the ability to play when an episode is shared. Right now you have to press pause and then press play again in order for the episode to play

love it!

early days of an app like this are golden - a platform that hasn’t been invaded by casey neistat (yet). 5 stars.

TIME LIMIT AND MUSIC

Mzrice

Thank you.. while I love how easy it is to add some sound bytes in radio land, to find out I only had 5 minutes to do it is disheartening. I like how we have the call in option BUT our conversation has to be down to a 5 minute window. Also, we have background tracks that can be added to our episodes but I have my own music that really speaks to my personality and I want to share that vibe with other people, not the sheik lounge music that’s provided for us. Other than that I love the app. But could you let me know if there could be a fix about extending the time ?

Very nice service, but lacking support of Apple ecosystem

Barot ur

I really like this service, very easy to create and consume radio content on it. And it works perfectly if you only intend to use it from an iPhone. But if you use more devices in the Apple ecosystem, you realize that nothing else is supported, and it is not convenient to use this app. - There’s no iPad app. When I’m at home, I very often listen to podcasts on my iPad. It is possible to use the iPhone app on it, but it’s a very mediocre experience. For example there’s no landscape mode in the iPhone app, so if I put my iPad on the kitchen counter the app is displayed sideways... - no Apple Watch app. When I’m on the go I usually pop in my EarPods and start a podcast from my wrist. I also change tracks, and forward/rewind from the watch. It is not possible to do these with Anchor. I know, very first world problem, but if you actually get used to do these things from your wrist, it becomes cumbersome to reach for your phone every time you want to do them. I really hope that deeper Apple ecosystem support is on the way for Anchor!

I cannot use the interview mode because it does not appear in the app! I cannot find the 2.2 version of the app. Please fix!!

I’m not Anchored

BLOODLIFE

Overall, Anchor is a decent concept that’s easy to use and works. Okay, firstly, it’s free - thank you. Second, that Anchor branding on my podcast thumbnail doesn’t help my own. I’d like to pay to remove it. Third, 5 minutes recording time isn’t long enough, but I’m not sure that it should be for this platform? Fourth, when I post to Facebook, my podcast seems to promote the Anchor brand more than the content I’ve created. Yes, it’s free, and I get it. But would rather some things change.

Great app

I’m really excited about using anchor!
