This app has tons of bugs and ZERO technical support

There are a million important bugs, including one that is not allowing parents to RSVP their kids for games and practices, which is the most important feature. And when you go to the app or site to report a problem, the form for that is a dead link. Just awful.

App is not good.

If you need a team tracking app, try Team Snap. Much better. This one is does not work well; variety of technical flaws. Solutions to app issues are not readily available.

This app is horrible. I coach multiple soccer teams. Never receive messages. Tons of bugs and glitches. Nothing ever loads. And no one to reach out to for help.

The app is awful and does not compare to Team Snap. For the last 2 weeks it has been asking me to confirm attendance to the same 6 practices and games. I have confirmed everything over 6 times and it still shows my availability as blank. Don’t think the Company really supports it anymore.

Idk what has happened recently, but I never seem to get notifications any more. Other parents say the same. Deleted app and reinstalled several times to no avail ?

Good app when it works

The best part of the app is the rsvp function. It wasn’t working for weeks and the function that allows you to contact the app developer with a problem was disabled, which was even more frustrating. But everything is up and running again and the app makes it much easier to communicate with the team.
