Attendance feature never works

My administration and I have reported this issue many times without resolve. Our entire sports program utilizes the track attendance feature which to our and our parents frustration doesn’t work properly or consistently. Would be great if the developers would respond to our inquires.
Good ideas, if they function

There are several functions that just don’t work. Parents, players and coaches mark attendance in advance and update it on the day of an event. The information does not save. Even before that, after you answer the question, are you going....it keeps asking you. If you subscribe to the calendar, it keeps asking you. There is no way to add an event that happens on the same week day at the same times. There is no way to make an all day event as a place holder. The event feature needs to be expanded, happy to talk with someone about how and why. Coaches should have the ability to add to the player profile,players and parents use a set of information fields and coaches use others.

This is too time consuming! I’ve been marking my player as “attending” but when I go back in, it’s gone. I’ve done this 4 times already, wth?!!
Updates to attendance do not save

Selecting attending does not save through the app. Drilling in to attendance doesn’t save once you back out. Pending attendance alerts keep popping up over and over

This app has a ton of work to become something I would recommend. They need to look at the TeamSnap app and try to learn a thing or two about a proper sports team app.

Nothing more to say. App supposed to be used for WYSL referee course registration and no link. Nothing. App is horrible.

The app works great once your team finally adds. At the start of every single season the old teams are visible and it’s almost impossible to find your new team. It’s beyond frustrating.
Too many ads?

This app has got way worse. Worse to the point that it is basically useless to us. Lots of complaints from our teams parents that are the same as mine. The schedule will no longer load to my phone’s calendar even though I am “subscribed to it”. It still shows previous seasons teams even though I’ve removed those. All I get on the “Home” page is a blank screen. I could go on and on. I’ve deleted and (re)added the app several times but still have the same problems. Speculation has been made that there are so many ads now that those are somehow taking away from the memory needed to run the app.
