Poor design and Calendars don’t sync well

Navigation is hit and miss for multiple teams. Never changes from Standings view no matter what section you tap. Calendars don’t sync well. Multiple events are missing despite deleting calendars and re-subscribing.
Attendance feature not working

The new version does not retain attendance information. Even after a parent or player marks their attendance, the app will not display the information. As a coach, this version of the app is useless for attempting to set a lineup based on marked attendance. Please fix!

As a Team Mom, I love using SI to communicate to my parents with. It works for me....

The app in no way represents the actual website. You can’t see home page messages or announcement and there is way too much garbage on the feed that is posted by SI Now. This was much better when it was a League Athletics run site. I have administered our site for 11 years and when I had to create a new site for another organization I used a different provider.
App is very buggy

I have been trying to add and mange a youth travel team. Should be very easy. If your parents already have a team for another child or sport, the new team will not show up without contacting customer service. Some functionality is available on app and not website, that is if the functionality works which is rare, and visa versa. App functionality when trying to manage the team is very spotty. Information does not save when added and cannot change email address for a player invite without creating a new player.

More hype than value. Not intuitive. This is a way for these folks to tap into massive metadata with a modestly useful app.
Cannot log into the app

When I log into the app, it tells me that I have no active teams. I can see everything from the website. Same email and password. I don’t understand???

The app doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize that I already have a team. App states I have no teams, despite being assigned as the team manager by our league. Customer service is horrible too and never responds!

This app is amazing as a coach and a parent! Communication about scheduling for practices is easy, game schedules come from the league automatically in the app, and I can subscribe to the team calendar as well. Roster pictures help the parents learn the team players, and the picture sharing is a lot of fun for the team. This is our second season using the app and it’s wonderful!!
