Why is it so difficult to just add my sons team? I know his coaches name… but adding a new coach/team to follow is like impossible!! Why is it hidden?

This app is terrible and has too many bugs and issues to be helpful. The attendance feature does not save responses so coaches have no clue who will be at practices and games. The support link and help center are useless. The least the developers could do is update the app which hasn’t been done in over a year. Worst experience ever!!

Notifications not working after iOS 15 update

My notifications worked for this app previously, but push notifications are no longer working after the latest iOS 15 update.

This app has great potential. It has everything you need for communication, scheduling and organization; however it is very busy.

My son’s hockey team just started using the app. I’m a coach for the team, and logged into the app. But in the roster it still says that I haven’t joined the app. If I try to send an invite to any of the players, I get an error. If I try to go to the help center, I get an error. As of right now, the app for me is basically unusable… I like what the app is trying to do, but there are just too many errors and unusable functionality right now

Frustrating that, despite marking attendance to practices and games, it comes undone on a consistent basis. Must keep marking attendance for the same event over and over, even after the app prompts a response (because it thinks you haven’t marked it).

I like the sync calendar so all parents have that correct schedule in their personal calendars. Recently, the app appears to be struggling with saving attendance responses from participants.. hence the downgraded rating; as this has to work.
