My daughter loves this app she loves the fishes in the aquarium that you can buy and work up for its a great mindset for little kids for work for what they get like they have to you have to get a answer right for coins ?
Engaging and educational but expensive and glitchy

3 year old loves it but the sound is unreliable—even after I make sure music, voice and sound is on, the sound doesn’t work when all other apps on phone are working fine. Quite frustrating—especially with the premium charged.

My teacher said that we should use splash math stick to help us with multiplication facts and I tried logging onto splash math and even though I did log on it would catch it was like enter an email so you could play at home and I feel like it should just be a little easier so kids can you just hop right on it and learn multiplication facts or whatever facts they want to learn But apart from that I love splash math
Make sure you turn off auto renew

I like the app ok. However, I found my kids just didn’t use it. I forgot to turn of the auto renew. Actually, I thought I had cancelled it. And now I can only get reimbursed half of the expensive subscription even though we haven’t used it for 6 months and won’t use it for the next 6 months. Super expensive mistake for me. This review is more about the company policy then the program.

I purchased a subscription last night and my 5 year old daughter loves the thing so far. But the screen keeps going black and I have to keep resetting the app for her to play. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Is this a known issue?

It showed $4.41 per child per month so I signed up to give it a try. It showed it was going to take $149 on Oct 20, 2021. So I set an email explaining my concern. She emailed me back stating that they would give me a discount. I emailed back and told her that I wanted to be on the monthly plan and if it couldn’t I would cancel after the free trial. Well I received the quickest email response saying they don’t offer monthly plans and that she went ahead and canceled our free trial as well. Horrible customer service. They only get 1 star because the learning aspect of it was decent.
No sound

The app started off really good. My daughter really enjoys it but, after a few sessions the sound goes off. We literally have to guess what she has to do for the session. How to fix this.?
