App Crash crash too much

Work for a bit then crash and hangs. Keep having to close and restart. Paid for the year subscription. What a waste of money.

I need four kids to use it. It is nice for three. I paid for the first kid. Second and third are free. To add a fourth, I must use a different email and buy it again! This from the developer. The kids earn coins, but they have little value. I bought treats which the kids then use the coins to buy.
I canceled subscription before I should’ve been charged yet I’m still billed every month

I don’t understand why I am being charged $14.99 a month when I cancelled this app 3 months ago... still getting charged!! I am upset and I want my money back!!!!

My child is on level 14 at school, but level 1 at home. That doesn’t track. I can’t figure out how to get her doing the same work at home and school. The opposite of intuitive.

Let me just explain a little here. SplashMath as a company is excellent. Support was perfect but their math app really could use some tweaks. The app does not teach your child math, it merely reviews math with repetition. My kids kind of stink at math like I do, and I need a refresher or teaching before I start answering questions. No instruction ,just question after question. It will tell you you got a problem wrong but not why.
