I’m being charged $7.99 3 times a month!!! They only have math, while it says they have reading on the app description they don’t have it yet, it says it’s coming out soon but almost 2 months in and they still don’t have reading.

It’s so hard and frustrated but thx for the update

Before it was so hard every time I get a answer right it just won’t go up and that dumb hippo is so annoying and also its so uneven sometimes when I get a answer right its like you need dumb luck I hate it but the update is better no more waiting for luck and even I get and answer wrong i can still move on

We were given access to the program by son’s teacher, however he can never get pass a stage due to having to pay ?. My son is learning his numbers, but any play more than 5 minutes the app is asking for money from the parents.

The app will not sync and no customer support.

The app will not sync. Customer support has been no helps and take days to give me some general response that does nothing to help. I signed up for a year for my two kids and I’m getting no support. Very frustrating.

I thought this app was free but after my son finished a few levels, O was asked to y all the content. I don’t pay almost $100 for any app. Gonna delete it.

Can’t finish daily activity

My daughter is unable to finish her daily activity to get the prize. The game freezes halfway through every time. The game is “Let’s make the letter C” I’ll gladly change my review if it can be fixed.

Never got both to work. App kept telling me that I have to purchase. I had purchased a year subscription and kept attempting to restore purchasing it. Never worked. Their help desk never was able to help. They kept going around in circles. No help at all.

Child despite advance for age cannot complete task with out an adult supervision. Child is a new to addition concept but the game is requiring child to start counting from 6 and no etc. child has a hard tune grasping concept

Pay more money to add additional children ???

SERIOUSLY??????!!!!!!! I gotta pay how much a year just add my other kid on here? Are you kidding me? Hence why I will continue to stick with other programs. I can’t justify $149.99 a year just to add a second child to my plan. Horrible system you have set up. Educational tools for children should never be so expensive. ???????????????????
