Multiple Children

Glitch in the system is not allowing multiple children. Tried emailing customer service. At 1st they responded quickly but it’s been week now and no response. Still paying for an app they all can’t use.

We still cannot get past the Free Trial part. I purchased the subscription on October 21 and we have not used it once. Nobody has helped us with resolving this matter. Only an email was sent suggesting going to a website. If we cannot get past the free trial, then please give me a refund so that this can be behind us.

They say free which gets the kids excited but when you try to use the “free” app they want you to sign up for a 1 week “free trial” which automatically converts to a $60yr subscription. This is CLASSIC bait and switch which I think is illegal. App,e should not allow this.

I sent several emails with my subscription receipt like requested and never heard back from anyone after asking to cancel my subscription after the free trial. Also, there was no customer service phone number to call for help.

We purchased the app two weeks ago for the entire year and now they are asking us to pay 7.99/month for every practice math and games! We are very disappointed with this purchase!

This is not a free app. Shouldn't be represented as free when they immediately ask you to sign up for an expensive subscription.
