For the second year in a row, in spite of my automatic renewal and payment, Splash has locked me out of my data while throwing a renewal needed pop-up on my app screen. These people are idiots!!!

This app meets all my needs. Simple to use and with right amount of functionality to make it effective yet not complex. I use it as a vault for passwords and other info that I want to protect. I have used it for about a year.
Changing license policy without notice and blocking access to passwords on Mac app

Purchased a basic license on the past without cloud sync, but now the app asks me to buy Pro and I can’t access my passwords anymore. I think it is not fair to block the app when I purchased a license to use. I understand you could change it if you release a new improved version and want customers to pay an update, but this is not the way to maintain a relationship with loyal customers. I use splashid from the beginnings of Palm.

My app has been telling me my subscription is expired and has locked me out of updating any of my files. The subscription renewal (automatically renews) cleared on 9/8/17 and still I cannot get this updated and cannot reach a contact person to get this resolved. GET IT TOGETHER SPLASH ID!

They have done it to me again. Suspended my account even though I submitted payment through iTunes supplied copies of the transaction, even my account on their website says my subscription is valid until Aug 22, 2018. Twice in the space of a month. Their customer service is horrendous. I'll start looking for another program. This one now isn't worth anything. I have used this program for many years and have been very happy with it, especially the muti platform functionality. I renewed my subscription 3 days ago through iTunes. Now the program no longer functions on my iPhone, my windows 10 computer. I have contacted customer service mutiple times but have received no response. I am going to look for alternatives and demand a refund. But you can't get any response from these guys. No telephone number. Based on other reviews here it appears the issue may have to do with iTunes. There unresponsive customer service is completely unacceptable.

I've only just recently started using SplashID. Have long-needed a password keeper but was overwhelmed with the sheer number of choices. I opted for SplashID when I solicited input from a trusted friend whom I know thoroughly researched the options. I find SplashID easy to navigate although I am still adding all of my accounts and passwords. I've yet to need to contact tech support but when I do, I certainly hope it too will be user-friendly.

I’ve used this product for years with relative success although it can be kinda clumsy at times. I have had the cloud sync before but I’m more hesitant to continue seeing all the hacks that happen on a regular basis. I always seem to get the emails asking and frankly pushing me to signup for cloud sync but since the iOS 11 update, my application will not allow me to add or edit any records whatsoever. I’ve written several times and hoping to see some kind of update so I can get into my password keeper. It would be nice if you guys could keep us up to date as to what’s happening and when we can expect to see a fix for snow broken application!! So for now, I will not be buying you cloud sync option or multiple device option you keep pushing my way. At least not until you fix your software.
