I have had this app since the days of the Palm Pilot. I thought it was great, but the forced move to a subscription service is just plain nasty. I can no longer access any of my passwords! I believe the developer went back on their word and I feel like I have been robbed.
App crashes ALL THE TIME

I have had this app since the beginning. I had this app on my palm pilot. I now have an iPhone and MAC, and it crashes all the time! I’ve lost count how many time it crashes on a given day when I’m trying to access it. On my phone the icons do not match up with the correct types like they do on the desktop app. If for any reason I’m not in an area with data I can not access the app. They have pushed everyone to an web based SplashID which I’m against but was forced into. Apps are the future why waste time with creating a web based feature? It’s difficult to export all my data since they have the file in a format that’s not easy for other password applications to read, otherwise I would have already abandoned this app. The customer support is a joke! They like to blame you for your ignorance. There is no phone number it’s only an email that you have to wait around for a day or two, if you’re lucky, to have some kind of assistance. Had a friend looking for a password keeper app, couldn’t recommend this app at all. In fact STAY AWAY from it!

Paid for a year service, didn’t work. Had to contact the company. Took weeks to resolve. Now, after upgrading to iOS 11.4, I’m kicked out again. Says I need to pay, again. So sick of this.

Paid for my year subscription through the app and iTunes, but app doesn’t recognize that, continually tells me I need to subscribe. On top of that, all my info was deleted after re-installing app. I had the subscription at least 2 years without issue. Support got back to me and restored my subscription and got everything back! Thanks!

I’ve been a loyal Splash ID user since my Palm Pilot day’s. Now syncing between iPhone 6 and MacOS desktop. Today, sync is crashing every time. NOTHING has changed—all apps, iOS, macOS are current. FIX IT.

Luckily most of my passwords are still available. But the latest thing is all the icons are mixed up and the category titles are wrong. It even made some duplicate entries. Definitely looking for something better.

Very good and my life depends on this app really but still has some Annoying glitches - mostly sync problems from platform to platform where one or more records just don’t show up on the other device - despite all kinds of attempts like duplicating and deleting (and yes setting are correct). Also the nice customs icons get changed on some records for no apparent reason- or I’ll get an airplane icon a credit card file out of the blue
