I have been a happy user for over 10 years, but my paid-for version is not cloud based. I’m fine with what I have been using and love it. So why am I constantly being told my subscription is expired? I never subscribed....

Changed my review from 1 to 4 stars

[Update: After hours of diagnosing and research, I found that my network profile in Windows 10 changed from private to public, which blocked the desktop program from accepting a connection from the app on my phone. Merely turning off the firewall did not solve the problem. Verifying that your network profile is private in Win10 should be on the troubleshooting steps. Once I did this, everything sync-ed and my data was back.] I’ve been a long time proponent of SplashID (I have records from at least 2009) and influenced its purchase for a number of people. Unfortunately, the developer’s drive for cloud revenue weakens the WiFi support. Ensuring the app is open, the WiFi is on and subnets are the same only takes a user so far. My iPhone X SplashID data disappeared today during a sync.

Time to trash this App!!

I have used this app for several years and it’s only in the last 2-3 yrs, that I have become extremely frustrated with it. Passwords disappear - many passwords don’t transfer to new devices - purchase of “Lifetime” is a joke and keep getting requests to purchase after I have paid the and yet to receive “Lifetime” access. There was a time I told everyone I came in contact with, to buy this App. I WOULD NOT recommend this App.

it’s good but still a little buggy

I have been this program for number of years and find it satisfactory, but even in its current version 8.x it still a little buggy. from time to time I will lose the entire database of passwords from my iPhone sometimes when opened on the iPhone it does not allow me to use touch ID.

The best and last password keeper you will ever buy

SplashID is probably the best password and credential manager there is. I was an early adopter of SplashID back in the day and could not be more pleased. Just like any app it has had its issues over the years but they have responded to feedback and fixed the issues. If you are considering making the purchase I would highly recommend doing so, just disregard most of the negative 1 star reviews from the early days.

Be ready for Subscription Charges!

The App works great, but be ready to pay up. I opened it today & my passwords were all held hostage until I dished out another $20 for the Pro Subscription. #dkmv

This app is the best thing since the internet, in fact if you have more than one log-in you’ll want this app! As long as you remember to put the information in the app, you’ll always have it. I would also recommend including cloud sync of information! It’s a must have, otherwise it’s possible to lose info if you don’t.

No Thanks...

They won’t allow you to access your passwords unless you renew your $20/annual subscription... I can’t believe it. It used to be free and then over the years this company started to get cheap. Thanks, but 1Password is much better.

Where are my passwords?!?!?

I’ve been a subscriber, renewed my subscription and app won’t work. Reloaded the app and everything is gone. Please help!

I have used this app for years. I paid for the full version now it says I have to pay a yearly subscription to keep using it. I am locked out of my data even after I paid the subscription. I emailed support and have not received a response.
