App doesn't work on iOS9 anymore. Cannot update to iOS10 or above due to work requirements. Now shut out of SPG mobile bookings and utilization.

Update: looks like the developer took my comment below to heart - awesome. Next note: adding a credit card. It’s November. I want to add a card. It expires earlier (month) in the year... 2020. But I can’t set the month it expires before *first* moving to the year field and updating that. If I try putting in May... it shows for a moment, then rolls to November. Very frustrating; took me probably 5 tries getting frustrated with it before moving on to update the year, whereupon the month would take. The app works - that's good. However, there's a nice "How can we make your stay special" field... and the length of space you have to answer is about as long as that question. "Feather free high floor away from elevators and ice" is too long. Recommend developer increase the size of that field.
Not a good app

The app does not have a good interface and I have to keep signing in - I travel a lot and it constantly does not recognize my account and currency. The digital key also only works with the registered SIM card - so for international travelers it is pretty useless - and does not enable speed the check in process. The wallet app is all that I can use for now.

Every time I update this app I have to re-input my user name and pwd... please fix, I don’t keep a copy of all my pwd’s in my wallet :-) Thanks ?

While that should not be unusually in this day it seems so many apps are more trouble than they are worth. This app is faster and easier to use than the website as I am sitting in front of my computer booking a room on phone my will attest to.
Not fully optimize for iPhone X

Although this App uses the entire screen, half of the text cuts off at the top, some buttons don’t respond. Really surprising that such simple bugs got past quality control at SPG.
Can't even launch it

Crashes instantly upon launch on one phone. On another phone, the app opens, but says "Our systems are currently down" and won't do anything for weeks on end.
