Mobile checkin fails to connect constantly retries. Functionality is limited and pretty poorly implemented. Marriott and Hilton apps are 10 times better. Fix it Starwood.
App hangs or crashes while opening

Very well designed app. But after the most recent application update it stopped working; either hangs or crashes while opening

The latest version hangs my iPhone. Never install a .0 version..... Update, deleted then re-installed then it worked.... Until they updated it again. Now mobile checkin fails with 'we didn't receive your data'. Get Tealeaf on your mobile app developers.....
No Longer Updates Account Info

For a while now, I've been getting error messages that their system is down. Not sure what happened to the app, but it's not providing any information on one's SPG account. It was a great app before their systems went down!

This app was good in the past but now when I open the app I get a message prompting me to update and when I come to the App Store it shows that it's already updated. Can loop endlessly between the app's update prompt and the app store's OPEN prompt since there's no update available. Now it's completely unusable.
Latest update crashes

Updated to the latest version on 26 October and it now won't open. I've tried opening the app 10+ times and it just crashes without opening. Yes, I'm on 10.3.2, but so what. Thanks SPG.

Had some early kinks, but most major bugs have been worked out. Intuitive interface, and very broad range of functionality for a hotel app (booking, loyalty account information, ustomer service, keyless entry, reservation changes, etc) Only real shortcoming is no mobile checkin
