It tell me type in my imei number but when I do still can’t get in like lord

For the months of June, July, August and September 2021, Spectrum Mobile would not let me log in to pay my bill. After entering my (correct) login criteria, it would direct me to a browser screen to verify I was not a “robot” but then would not save the previous login. It then would force me to enter the login criteria again and then exit to a browser screen (again) to verify I was not robot, again not logging me in. This created an endless loop never logging me in. I reported this to Charter who “fixed” the issue. Now (October 2021) it’s not accepting my fingerprint to log in claiming there has been a change with my fingerprint. After forcing me to manually log in to verify my fingerprint but fails to verify it forcing me to manually log in over and over again. Yet another endless loop. Amazing. Does Charter test their software? Or is this some sleazy method to delay payments so they can charge late fees?
Mobile account is not accessible.

I don’t like how expensive the plans are if not having WiFi through there company. Unlimited is normally $45 through most companies, it’s $65-$75 through spectrum. I can’t upgrade my phone unless I have WiFi and that’s just stupid. I haven’t had many issues with spectrum and I’m overall happy. Just wanna update my phone

why can't I post my real name
My biggest complaint is I cannot make or receive a phone call when I am in my house!!! I have no service when I am at home I have missed several phone calls from my customers and friends.and that cost me money!!! I have told several people at spectrum but it does me no good.If you really read these reviews then do something about my problem!! I bet you I don’t even get a response.

Every time I try to login, the app asks me to verify the last four digits of my IMEI. I do it, it does not do anything. I tried logging in through the website and that worked.
