Sprectum culture is not respecting with exeting customer because if sprectum has good policy ( respect) customer they should not enter fair because new customer has same plan data 29.99 why exiting customer didn’t get it ? Nupera LLC
Calls Failing
Don't Switch Carriers
In a business area (Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC) and all of my calls failed. Drove to work along US70 to Durham. Same issue. All settings verified. I am disgusted and going back to my previous provider.

Can’t login to mobile account call (833) 224-6603 voice automated hangs up on you when you enter account. Unbelievable! I can’t believe the incompetence.

I love Spectrum. We have the service gir our home to include landline, internet and cable. Plus we have Spectrum mobile. If I can’t find what I need online, the service center staff is marvelous. Keep up the good work!!!!
