Efficient and ability to change your plan within the app. Works better than expected.

Thanks for the notifications that we needed to change our plan to one that better suits our need for data and streaming. It has become a great source of enjoyment and information. Our needs have exceeded our plans, and the monitoring of our usage, have allowed us to make the changes that now save us money and the joy it has provided, again our thanks.

As a new customer I am very disappointed appointment how I was treated and lied to. I will not recommend spectrum to anyone.

App fails to open

Please look into why the app fails to open, usually at various times in the morning when trying to log on for the first time on any day. Thanks.

In Ormond Beach Florida and I cannot send a messsge to my sister in Ocala ! No service and I cannot imagine why!! Not safe at all. Need to be able to reach out while traveling.

We switched to Spectrum mobile over a year ago & we couldn’t be happier. The prices are great & we get service everywhere. I tell everyone to switch to Spectrum!

It’s easy to use and does all that I need …….except for one thing which caused the 4 out of 5 starts. Please combine the apps so that I can see ALL of my accounts (WiFi, internet, cable, mobile, etc.) in one app. Keep up the great work everyone!

Spectrum is the worst thing that happened to me

They will steal all of your money, send you to collections for bills you already paid, change your bill without telling you, and you can’t easily cancel or switch accounts if someone moves out. It’s basically a cult. Avoid them at all costs.

Incredibly positive experience from day 1. Same high level of cellular service as Verizon but a streamlined, simple app and a significantly upgraded customer service experience as compared to Verizon. So far, great! Way to go Spectrum.

Cant log into the app. Keeps taking me out of the app to finish a captcha then says I already have an app open. Cant get past this to log in
