Buggy pain in the butt. – Spectrum Mobile Account Review
For the months of June, July, August and September 2021, Spectrum Mobile would not let me log in to pay my bill. After entering my (correct) login criteria, it would direct me to a browser screen to verify I was not a “robot” but then would not save the previous login. It then would force me to enter the login criteria again and then exit to a browser screen (again) to verify I was not robot, again not logging me in. This created an endless loop never logging me in.
I reported this to Charter who “fixed” the issue.
Now (October 2021) it’s not accepting my fingerprint to log in claiming there has been a change with my fingerprint. After forcing me to manually log in to verify my fingerprint but fails to verify it forcing me to manually log in over and over again. Yet another endless loop.
Amazing. Does Charter test their software? Or is this some sleazy method to delay payments so they can charge late fees?
