I use this app multiple times daily and it’s helped me track my food intake. It offers a range of calories for my calorie goal, which makes it easier for me to vary my daily meals. I also look at the macros and try to meet my goals there. It offers a range for that too on my goals. This helps me keep an eye on making sure I get an appropriate amount of my my carbs, fats, & protein. There is a list of vitamins and nutrients I watch and try to get those to my goal too. This helps keep my diet balanced. There is an option to sync the Apple Watch that I use. I don’t use the option to add the exercises I do manually in this app, because it does read the active calories from the Apple Watch. This helps me feel confident I’ve got a good idea of how many calories were burned actively in my day, which alters the amount my range of calories I should eat in this app. I feel as though this app is a great tool to use in my quest for a healthier lifestyle and body.

I need to set my goals. But it won’t let me advance past picking my gender. Keeps saying I have to put my birthdate, but there is no place to do so. Waste of a download.

I love the idea of the app!! But every time I go to log my food or exercise, it asks me to enter my birthday but doesn’t give me a place to enter it. If this problem was fixed, it would be great.

The app is easy to use & love the scanner for the food log. Definitely helpful app when you start out living a healthier lifestyle

The app is only good for tracking. Can’t use for sending goodies or check in with your teams.

Doesn’t have good service. Password reset puts you in a loop with no resolution

Upgraded briefly but canceled after poor performance. Glitchy and often crashed. Also, hit many pages returning 404 errors / content missing. Not worth the upgrade when content isn’t accessible. If you’re paying a premium, your users shouldn’t be your content QA team.

I love the app and it seems to motivate me more than any other tracker I’ve tried. And trust me I’ve tried them all. The only negative for me is that no articles I read pick up spark points and many links to articles or extra points just lead to an error page. Pretty frustrating but not a deal breaker.

Immediately got the app and it won’t allow me to set my goals. It says I must add my birthday and there is no place I can find to add my birthday. I would love to use the app and give a new rating but as I cannot use it I have to give it a 1 star. Is it not compatible for iPhone? I wanted to try out the free version before purchasing the app but it just won’t work.
