I used to have an iPad version of this app, but when I got my new iPad I was unable to use it. This version is inferior to the old iPad version because I can’t use it with my keyboard. Please make this compatible with both phone and tablet.

My. New start

yukiru33

I like how I can easily log my meals

Too many ad pop ups

anew2day

I’ve been with spark people from the beginning but now the ads have gotten crazy. I can’t even log in a meal without being interrupted.

I used to love this, but I won’t be FORCED to watch ads!

Wendy Wickett

I did. Used it every day. But now that they’ve changed the adverts, and forces me to WAIT and watch before I can even continue? So now the ads are being shoved my throat if I don’t pay the monthly fee? No thanks! There are plenty of other good apps that don’t blackmail money out of you. Bye!

Reese’s Ads? Really?

ugh too

I love this app. It is easy to use and helps me track calories without taking a lot of time to do so. The addition of ads a while ago slowed that down but I get it. What I don’t get is throwing Reese’s peanut butter Easter eggs in my face when I’m trying to eat healthfully. Can you please be more discerning in ad choices???

Hate the ads!

Kssme39

I have used SP for YEARS, but am debating getting rid of it and finding something else. Every time you do ONE thing, it brings up and ad that is LOUD and from what I can tell, no way to turn volume off permanently. You can mute it once it plays, but trying to use this app anywhere but at home is embarrassing. I hate it. Not worth having anymore.

Too many ads

Mister Chubby

Too many ads. Loud and can’t cancel.

Paying for Premium I don’t receive

revurus

I tried to resolve this by contacting customer service, but got absolutely no response after a month or so. I get charged by my Apple account every month ($4.99) for the cost of premium service, and yet my account does not reflect this. I don’t have access to any premium items, and additionally I am barraged with ads which is the reason I signed up for premium in the first place. I’m guessing that a bad review might get somebody to finally answer me?

Ripped off

mnkoyotchd

I’ve been charged monthly for an APP that was deleted over a year ago. Never signed up for an ongoing subscription

Great Service; Deteriorating App

gwyoung

I have used the SparkPeople app for years as a way to maintain my weight loss, so I have a soft spot in my heart for this app. But this soft spot is starting to harden for two reasons: first, intrusive adds with obnoxious videos I have to wade through to enter or review my data, and second, the app’s proclivity to locking up multiple times per day. So look, if you’re running ads because you want me buy your app, but your app continually locks up, why on earth would I buy your app?! Come on SparkPeople, shape up!!
