Please fix the crashes after recent update.

After this recent update the app keeps crashing at random points of operation. Really hard to get some work done while on the road or no access to the computer. Other wise great app.
Garbage Customer Service

If you want a site where you will get garage customer service, go for it. I asked for help with a refund and at first got a reasonable response. The end of the response encouraged me to contact them if there are any further issues. Well, there were and I did. Instead of helping any further, the customer service agency said, “ Hi, Thank you for getting back to us! We apologize for the inconvenience, however after checking all the details I can see that your inquiry was handled by Blah Blah in ticket #Blah Blah I'll paste his reply, regarding the refund that was issued on March 13th, below:” Seriously? Thanks for nothing.
App no longer works correctly after update

Customer orders dont show up anymore, chat is not working so we cant respond to customer messages etc. Go back to old version please

This update, like so many others lacks decent testing. You can’t even manage your store now. You’ve made it where we have to add the “store” app but the app won’t actually add the “store. I can no longer see any orders, track orders, or anything to do with the store. Please test your app before release or provide a way to downgrade to a previous version that actually worked.

From a customer standpoint if you're going to roll out new software especially something that involves your store then I would greatly suggest you make sure it operates perfectly.
Refused refund for 1 year service

Service was not use, site was not published and service cancelled 17 days after purchased. Company refused to refund 1 year service charge in amount of $300+. Be AWARE. Also charge for an upgrade which I did not requested. Why would I upgrade a service not used.
