Constant problems

I thought it would be an amazing app, if I didn’t have to go through a million hoops to even get into my account. I’ve confirmed my email 20 different times by now, and not once has it allowed me because supposedly it isn’t confirmed yet. I payed $3 for something I can’t even use, very frustrating and very irritating. I heard such great things about this app and joined to support one of my favorite authors, turns out this app is complete bologna. I want my money back. If I can get into my account, my opinion may change. But so far, unimpressed. I would say I would never use it again, but I haven’t even gotten the chance to use it once. Don’t recommend to anyone.

They only care about your money that you’ll pay them. They sent me a developers response to respond to this review. As usual you cannot get a hold of them to find out about an issue that you have with their website. Once my website expires I’m gonna go to somebody else to create my website.
Great potential, but always glitchy.

This app has great potential as an alternative social media platform. I just get frustrated with it because it’s always glitchy! One of my groups that I host suddenly reset and deleted all of my media and threads. Sometimes I can upload media, sometimes I can’t. It’s a toss up. Right now, I cannot upload posts to to my groups. I’ve been trying to update my clients all day and it will not allow me to post. I’ll get notifications that someone has commented on a blog and then there are no comments. It’s really a mess. I love the app but I wish the developers could iron out the glitches.

This week alone, the Spaces App updated 4 times. Each time, the update was slow & required 300+ MB of download usage. It really eats into my Max GB per month. Extremely poor management of Feature rollouts.

This company is terrible. The app changes so often it’s impossible to use efficiently. Then the roll out wix owner app that you need also to access your store. Total garbage use something else. I’m sure the developers will write some generic response if any…. We are continually improving our product blah blah trash
Downloading impossible

Our photographer shared our photos with us through this app and it was impossible to download the photos to do anything with. Anytime we tried to download it would bring up a page of random letters. Terrible design for a large app.
