Refused refund for 1 year service – Spaces: Follow Businesses Review

Service was not use, site was not published and service cancelled 17 days after purchased. Company refused to refund 1 year service charge in amount of $300+. Be AWARE. Also charge for an upgrade which I did not requested. Why would I upgrade a service not used.
