Can’t get mobile boarding pass.

It is simply ridiculous that I still can’t get a mobile boarding pass if I book flight with my husband. There is no reason for this. Fix tour app!

Cannot Print Security Documents

The app is easy to use. An excellent app unless one is trying to obtain a Security Documents. This used to not be the case. Before one could always get the document from the phone app.

I’ve been flying SW on and off for a few years well, and each year you guys just seem to get better and better. From reservations to the gate to on flight service staff everything is always great and professional. Continue to give great service, thank you for always making my experience wonderful and memorable.

Easy to check in by phone and add the boarding pass to your Apple wallet. No fuss no muss. I love it.

Will not let me log-in since update.

Please look into this issue. Since the app was updated I keep getting an error when logging on in the app and on the website. Have reset my PW twice, and as able to log onto website on computer.

The only thing I would change, is I would enable the app to be more similar to the website where you can configure a roundtrip to multiple airports. Other then that, Love the app.
