The app is icing on the cake with Southwest. I don’t even look at other airlines. Wish you weren’t pulling out of Flint but business is business. This app makes the already easy process even easier.

Good for checking in, but the boarding pass will disappear from the App at inconvenient times even though you have checked in. Be sure to add to the apple passbook as you check in

Southwest is organized and efficient. Recently took another airline(where Southwest didn’t fly) and what a different and lesser experience. If I have a choice I fly Southwest because I know what to expect-great service!

Latest update seems to have taken away the gate number for flights. Seems like an important oversight that needs to be corrected.

Taking an early flight tomorrow got up a little late today Southwest prompted me “don’t forget your check in” and two easy steps later and I have my boarding passes, awesome! Now that’s service!
