Organizing

There’s no way to organize the accounts the way you care on on the desktop version. I don’t like the way they organized but but there’s no way to re-organize the way it is on the app.


Why break a working thing?

The old app was fine, even if simple. And now I can’t login in. Tried to do the online setup and it wouldn’t work so I have to call later. And other reviews seem to indicate I’ll have to input all my bill info again and redo mint info. This is what happens when bored desk jockeys come up with new stuff to justify their jobs. #fail

I can’t get into my personal account or my home business account. Have been on hold for a half hour already and am still waiting for tech support. This is an absolute joke! I have bills to pay and a business to run and I can’t get to my accounts!!!!! Was this not tested prior to roll out?

This version of the app does not read updates entered on the full website. I updated my phone info to be my cellphone number but this app is holding on to my land line number. I can’t login from either of my devices, iPhone or iPad because of this defect. One star is generous.

I followed all the instructions Sound provided, and I’ve had zero issues. Love the new ability to search keywords within the app.


Worst app roll out ever

Since I’m waiting for support I figured I’d provide a review...... Sound credit clearly was not prepared for this roll out. Folks can’t login to the mobile app or online banking. I’ve tried making an account and it hasn’t worked. I tried sending my username to my email and nothing has come through. I called a number of times and it just went to busy and cut me off. I’ve been waiting on their support line (which they just fixed today) for a half hour. No idea how long the queue is considering they just said the wait is longer than 10 minutes.
