This new app and update is awful. Waited 3 days without being able to get Into my account and finally called them today. Waited 30 min for the guy to tell me he couldn’t help me and transferred me to SOUNDCU, where they told me how to login. They were rude and I’m thinking about switching credit unions after this. Extremely inconvenient. Who memorizes their member number?

Thanks for all the info. I logged in on a web browser first and established a new ID, password and made sure my mobile was correct. Launched app and got right in. Having all the info up front helped.

No access..just sat on hold for 32 minutes for the guy to say he can’t help me, he was going to transfer me to someone who could, then he hung up on me. Worst timing ever...doing loan approval for a home through my other bank, and have zero access to records...nice work app developers ????????

I wish I could rate this ZERO stars. I updated to the new app (which I don’t understand the need for an entire new app) and I can’t log in even though I am 1000% sure my credentials are correct. I can’t create a new password through my phone number because it won’t accept my CORRECT username and it won’t send me the recovery email. I already have enough issues with this CRAPPY credit union and if this issue is not fixed immediately I WILL be pulling all of my money and switching to BECU, a union that actually knows what it’s doing.

I was very frustrated at first, then I realized my member number was different than my checking info. Once I got that information correct & logged in on the main website, it was a cake walk. Love I new interface of online banking/the mobile app.

App updates should be seamless, this is not. I’m traveling and cannot access my account via the new App and the mobile website no longer recognizes my credentials either. Time to switch to a CU that understands how to test technology and user experience before launching a new customer facing application.

Can’t log in Doesn’t recognize log in ID and password and neither is website. Not happy.

Am having problems with login. Why is there a completely new app instead of updating old one? I’m ready to close all of my sound accounts.

The new app is far from an update from the old. It’s messy, not easy to use, just not well thought out. I want to at a glance see what’s going on in my account, that is no longer as easy with this new app.
