The app works great, but only if you can get in. When I first got this it told me my information was wrong no matter what I put in. So then I go into the actual bank and wait just to have them try to log me in, which took about an hour. Now I can’t log in because my email is no longer “correct”. Will never recommend this bank to anyone until they get it together. This is not worth all I’ve gone through just to check my balance every once and awhile. Just go to a different bank to save time.
Mobile Check Deposit does not work!

The mobile check deposit does not work! The pictures I am taking are clear and show all the information it is asking for, but it always pops up a box asking to retake them because it does not see date or signature! Now I have a check that I was forced to write “for sound cu mobile deposit only”, but sound cu cannot read or accept it! And Im no longer near any local branch since I moved years ago! The old app worked great and allowed me to do all my banking without a local branch... but this new app is garbage (not to mention they’re botched roll out of it). After being their customer for over 25 years I will now be forced to finally move to a different credit union.

Not only is their app intuitive and very useful but the credit union branches are staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient employees who have always done their best to assist me in my financial matters.

Easy access to all my accounts, mobile deposits, card controls, and many other features. Makes my life easier for sure.

Used it fine. Now it tells me to identify myself. Sends me text. Reply. Says identified. Go back to app. Does this over and over. Reinstalled app. No good. Please fix ASAP.
Where are the travel notes?

The sole reason I got this app was for an easy way to update my travel notes now it appears that's not a function anymore? Please tell me I'm missing it. Please tell me I don't have to go back to calling you to update travel because the 20 questions you ask me for identity verification are ridiculous! (No, I can't remember what bill I paid in March 2006 for $117.36.)

This app is everything I need in a banking app. And when I have lost my card I can turn it off right in the app.
