( 08/01/2019) you take forever to do a so called update that toke 8 hrs . Now that’s done and I am unable to access the game!! Claim my network is not strong enough REALLY, you know how dumb that sounds. For supposed developers of a game this is truly sad not to mention the time and money I have wasted on this sorry game . Yet I know that you could careless about me and other people that wasted their time and money as well . So “ NOW “ I’m done with this game and it’s truly sad that I was enjoying this game.

Will you guys let us (the players) knows when is it that you guy are gonna shut down the server? Like maybe sent a message or notification to our in game mail-box? Isn’t that what is for? Losing like a day worth of staminia on the newer server because of an unorganized company think that all of its player base is on Facebook 24/7 checking on their Facebook page for update. It is shocking to see a company like this exist, which refuse to communicate with their players and yet wanted them spend hundreds of dollars and time onto this. To be honest, I would have give it a negative stars if I could. I just couldn’t get over the fact that a company (like this one) would just shut down it server unnoticed for 4-8 hours and somehow expect their customers to take it well because they’re “bringing in new contents”. Professional isn’t? And the game have been around for like 3 or 4 years and it’s beyond me how they could get away with it and still have millions of players.

This game took away 2 characters that I paid real money for and my whole lineup. I want them back, or my money. My ezio and prince of Persia we’re amazing. But one day they disappear out of nowhere. Without warning.

Gonna got ya

I’ve been working with customer service for weeks to recover an account from when the game first came out. I gave all the information that was relevant at one time to recover an account. I know this because I had to recover it before and between customer service and the screen shots for just in case (which happened) I was able to recover it. Now a couple of years later after spending over $1000 and maxing VIP 15, it is gone again and the steps given to recover it now, I already knew wouldn’t work, but I followed them perfectly twice and nothing but them asking for the original info I sent in the beginning that wasn’t used and asked for again. Recover the account please and I’ll consider changing my review. If not, I can’t just start over. I’m done then. Please make some effort. I chose soul hunters over the exact same game from another company. Don’t make me regret it.

super amazing wonderful app

I love to play phone games and I go through a lot of games. I’ll test them out and this game I really like so far. You get to fight with these characters you collect. It usually is like that with games though it’s easy at the beginning and gets too hard later on.

Yet another event has been released that requires hundreds of dollars to participate in. I don't know what the developers are thinking. They constantly insult us by offering events which are just glorified cash shops, and every month they release another disgustingly overpowered pay2win hero that destroys everything. They have also made the unforgivable error of creating overpowered exclusive heroes that are not even available for purchase anymore. If you do not enjoy walking into a meat grinder of death that you have no chance to compete against, do not install this game.

I started playing soul hunters about 3 months ago and I think the game is so cool with all the different heroes and all the things you can do how can you get bored the game has action, strategy and many more good qualities and if I had to choose 1 bad thing about soul hunters it would be the prices everything in the shop is overpriced and the vip thing is just a way to get people to spend money it does not really help you in the long run otherwise it’s a good game Sincerity eliminater

I really like this game, it’s pretty cool. I saw the ad for Batman and decided to download it thinking I can get him. But I wish there were more DC characters in the game, especially Wonder Woman. If the developer of this game could please add Wonder Woman to the game, please, please, please. I would devote my whole time to getting her. I’m such a big fan of Wonder Woman!

The 7 day login bonus wouldn’t let me collect my last day rewards. I have the iPhone 6 s plus. I hit the collect button the on the 6th but the game never gave me my reward. I woke up this morning wondering where my reward was. I play the game everyday for the last year. Can I at least get my free hero’s skin? Hero id is 262370 and server is 332 Titanium Alloy. Please help so I can enjoy the game again.
