Purchase problem

Game is good enough to have good time and spend money. But i have a problem with my final purchase (2.99 usd). Even i paid , no reflection to the game. Pls control Thx

This game is complete garbage fun at first but as you progress you get overwhelmed by the people that spend money on the game and the characters you have to spend money to get are way to overpowered this game is completely unfair to the people who don’t want to spend money on the game so if you don’t want to spend tons of money don’t play this game it’s sooo frustrating and stupid, waste of time

Not Worth it At All

I’m an old player of this game, and I decided to come back to it only to spend hundreds of dollars on it, to unlock all features. Recently I discovered that if you play as a guest all your accounts will be deleted at some time regardless of your knowing. On the other hand, the game is ok it has a cheesy storyline the characters are animated weirdly too, but anyone can look past that. However, there is one thing no one can look past which is the issue that it’s a PTW game or a pay to win game you’ll have to spend usually 25 United States dollars to participate in EACH event and earn rewards for it which might seem okay at first but gets annoying quickly when you realize you can’t do anything without opening your wallet a couple of times. I’ve also heard about its customer service being very bad which is understandable since it is almost impossible to contact the developers to get the help you need. To conclude, if your going to download this game don’t buy gems or heroes, don’t create a guest account cause it will be deleted a long with your progress, and get help from other people there are a lot of nice players who will help you better than the developers. Side Note: if you write a review, expect B.S. from the developers.

I lost my account as well

It seems I'm not the only one that has lost my account due to the recent patch. My story is the same as theirs. Would like to add that I play a lot of app games, and this is the only one where my account has been lost. No other app I've played loses my account. For any reason. This is now the third time I've lost my account in this game. Adding on to my above review. I've been playing this game for a while now since they took care of the login issues and recently I've been getting disconnected from the game during my crucible of fire runs. It's to the point now where I'm getting disconnected after every stage. I don't know if this is a hacking issue, or if they are doing this on purpose to get people to spend money, but it is totally unacceptable. They've told me I need to restart my computer, so I formatted the whole thing and reinstalled the game but it doesn't fix anything. This is the only game I play that does this. My advice is don't play this game because once you spend even a little money on it, you will feel obligated to keep playing it and it's not worth the frustration.

The conjuring stone feels like a rip off. I devote my time everyday to play this game, which is really fun, but, I’ve spent countless diamonds trying to get elador and or another hero in the conjuring stone and it always seems to give me everything else except the soul stones. Maybe up the chances of getting a hero or more soul stones for 400 diamonds. 400 diamonds for 3 soul stones and a slice of cheese isn’t worth it. Treasure cave, maybe add a forth mine to help us players who can’t pay to win. Or increase the amount of exp or gold you receive from the mines. Waiting 8 hours for 200 little exp viles doesn’t do a whole lot to help us who can’t pay to win. Total amount of stamina doesn’t seem like enough. As you progress your stamina increases, but not by much. As I get stronger the more stamina it costs to do each stage, maybe gives us all an increase to our max stamina to help us feel like the game is more worth playing than paying.

It’s a decent game but too much pay 2 win now

It was good when it started the only payable heroes were from the Conjuring stone but you could get 2 heroes for free from the login boxes and the box events but now they had stopped those and have made that you have to buy every hero and now they aren’t even releasing the hero ss. They have added features so only spenders could win. Selling freaking eggs for 400$ what a joke. If you have the money you might actually enjoy it, I used to spend 20-100 a month depending on what heroes they are releasing but now even spending a dime and seeing these $$ events leave a really leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

I’ve been playing for years, and had nearly given up because the game had become so completely pay-to-win, but they seem to have recognized the problem and improved the balance (although there are still some very OP heroes that are incredibly expensive to get). The very top players are still those with endless wallets, but now it is possible again to compete at a high level without spending very much money. I’m in the top 20 of my combined server and have spent very little... just the monthly deal, which is reasonable. You just need to do some research and choose the heroes you want to level carefully. Back to 3 stars, because this game is well designed and very fun.

BEST GAME IN A WHILE

Wooowwweee is this game the best! I would rate 6 out of 5 if optional but I’m stuck and can’t get any team exp but ignore that! Respond and make those haters see the joy in this game (btw if you respond with something negative it might make me sad :()

I’ve been playing this game for the last three years, you cannot cross platform play, switch servers or even restart your game without creating a whole new one. You can’t even link Facebook and game center at the same time! I’ve spent so much time and money on this game and had to restart because I decided to get an iPhone. Bye bye to over $500! VIP levels and buying diamonds for nothing!
