Customer service has a sorry not sorry attitude and apple should remove them from there App Store...talk about having an app that hurts your business...if you own play on an android well you can’t switch to apple as you will not have your account anymore... best part about how this is bad for apple is they blame apple for it... even though they have forms that say they can link your account by creating a new account on apple and they will port it customer service doesn’t want to do anything... save your money and time and go to a game that works on what ever platform you want to be on...

I’ve been playing for years, and had nearly given up because the game had become so completely pay-to-win, but they seem to have recognized the problem and improved the balance. The very top players are still those with endless wallets, but now it is possible again to compete at a high level without spending very much money. I’m in the top 20 of my combined server and have spent very little... just the monthly deal, which is very reasonable. You just need to do some research and choose the heroes you want to level carefully. Back to 5 stars, because this game is very well designed and very fun.

Take out your wallet and burn everything in it. Thats what you need to do well in this game. The game is completely unbalanced favoring purchased heroes. There are heroes that are insanely overpowered. It gets worse in Crucible of Fire where you have to fight those same heroes that start with full energy. No matter how much you grind, you will never come out anywhere near the top unless you spend hundreds of dollars and continue to buy new heroes. Support will not help you with anything other than to log that they helped you so they don't get banned from the apple store.

I’m an old player of this game, and I decided to come back to it only to spend hundreds of dollars on it to proceed on with it. Recently I discovered that if you play as a guest all your accounts will be deleted at some time regardless of your knowing. Besides the game is ok it has a cheesy storyline the characters are animated weirdly too, but anyone can look past that. However, there is one thing no one can look past which is the issue that it’s a PTW game or a pay to win game you’ll have to spend usually 25 United States dollars to participate in events and earn rewards for it which might seem okay at first but gets annoying quickly when you realize you can’t do anything without opening your wallet a couple of times. I’ve also heard about its customer service being very bad which is understandable because the creators have been known to be very money hungry and slow when it comes to updates.

I enjoy this game probably too much lol! It’s a great way to get involved with the online gaming community. I love being apart of a guild and I’ve forged great friendships with some amazing ppl. This game has lots to do but is not difficult to understand or play. It’s free to download with optional in game purchases. Recently there have been great improvements in updates that allow for more interactive play. Also I’ve been especially impressed with the level of customer care. In my opinion excellent customer care is one of, if not the most important aspect involved in the greatest games. Thus my 5 star rating. This game literally delivers all on levels.

I came in to play the game and it asked me to log in. Confused, I logged in with game center. It started the ENTIRE game all over again! I lost all my coins, all my heroes, and so on. I am deleting this app because now it is just a waste of my time to bother getting my stuff back.
