This game is perfect for someone who has a little extra time on there hands and wants a fun game with unique characters and abilities. Although I believe this game is do things wait do more things type of game it can be played for hours if you manage your resources. All in all it's fun cool plenty of unique characters and strategic gameplay. 5/5'

Balance?

How should I put this... the game is in fact very addicting and very fun but I wouldn't consider it as a balance or fair game. My starter team (Elric, Leon, Gale, Mortus, and Flora- All Blue fusion) got solo and defeated by a Rayman (which cost $1- Blue fusion). It is very ashamed having to call this a strategy game when you lose to a 1vs5 battle against a $1 hero.

Matured to full P2W phase

The game has matured and for months put in more and more P2W features which are evidently also now going to be permanently behind a paywall. The early phase of the game was fantastic with paying for early access and balanced/reasonable advantages. In its current state, most players will just become increasingly frustrated until they rage quit.

Downhill

Not liking big P2W

As a VIP 11 I've definitely spent on this game over the last year. However, in the last six months its gone downhill badly. Especially with the introduction of skins that have abilities that are only available for cash and not premium currency, the P2W curve has gone extreme. Don't bother starting this game unless you want to regularly spend hundreds of dollars between skinds and the OP heroes they only release to the super-premium summoning stone.

Love this game! I have recently been impressed with the customer support side of this game as well. For me good customer support service is just as important as a fun, interactive and smooth running game. This has both. Thanks Lilith for upping your game with the gaming experience of Soul Hunters and the Customer care. And they have now added the Sky Tower and a bunch of new and exciting content. Loads of fun and camaraderie within the Guilds! I just want to add, I know a lot of people complain about this game being a pay-2-play game. I don’t feel upset about that and here’s why... Most games on any system you have to pay for to get and sure its $60 minimum then you own it. But there’s always add ons for those games as well. This game is worth the money you put into it and I’m continually impressed by all the in game event bonuses, loyalty reward login events, and events that are purely rewarding you for playing without requiring you to pay for those rewards. The items you are able to get for the amount you spend is better than any other game of this type.

This game is very unbalanced with all heroes from old to new. Newer heroes that you pay for ( at 3* ) are way more powerful than heroes it took weeks or months to max out. It takes weeks to max a single hero for a free player. As a vip15 player, in order for you to be a top player and keep up with competition, you need to spend hundreds of dollars. Customer service is terrible with fixing problems and in some cases will ignore you. Almost all in game events are purchase events where you spend money to get items and extra hero stones or a special hero event (conjuring stone hero) which takes hundreds of dollars just to get the hero at 3* (which maxes out at 7*) and will cost money to do so. This game was great when it first started out but the greed has ruined the enjoyment and balance of the game. I understand the company needs to make money but its getting out of control. If you are looking for a game to shine in the top ranks and have all the good heroes be prepared to spend a lot. You can be a free player and devote tons of time into maxing and leveling but you will NEVER be able to keep up with competition in events, if thats what you seek as a free player. If you are looking to just play and enjoy the battle scenes and free events (which reward very little compared to what p2w players get) then by all means enjoy.

An account holder by the name of Baboom aka TheLegend was on some far off server. Lilith the company transferred his account across servers but will not allow that feature for any other players. His acct was originally android and they actually converted all his details into an iOS account. The original holder then gave/sold his account to a guild member who does youtube videos about the game his name is WorstFingamer. The Legend account now says worstLegend. Special treatment for 1 player over the 1000s that play over several hundred servers is unethical. Do not play this game IF you do DO not spend money.

Last year was fine, now it's completely pay to win

The top 50 or so arena teams are identical right now. Broken, overpowered heroes that you can only get with your wallet and no one else has access too. Which used to be fine when there were one or two massively OP pay to win heroes, because you still had a team of five. NOW the entire five man team is pay to win heroes, which means unless you shell out an extra $100-$300 a month, you're not going to even break the top 50 in arena or epic arena. This is even worse because guild competition is based on damage to raid bosses, so those pay to win heroes are also mandatory for your guild to succeed in competing with other guilds, and obviously any guild wars as well. Used to be fun, used to have a semblance of balance, not now. All the top teams are composed entirely of heroes that you cannot access without a credit card. Your free earned heroes will not make a dent in them. Hell the current pay to win tanks do more damage than the free to play damage dealers/backline. They also are tanky, self heal, and have a ton of mobility and CC. Those are just the tanks. Think about the pay to win damage dealers now. Save your money and time. Play something else. After playing this game for two years and being part of one of the strongest guilds, the player base is finally spiraling down into nothing, which is maybe why they are trying to fleece as much money as they can from the players remaining. Which only does the opposite, and makes players like me quit, too.
