My account was reset??? It used to be a good game but now the only way to advance without taking literally months to level up is to buy stuff. I'm deleting this app

I played Soul Hunters for about six months and although it's fun, the issues override the enjoyment. Avoid this game. This is a money sucking app. At first free is fun but every detail of the game is designed to require you to pay. Some costs are monthly and some - the more expensive ones - are not. In the FB groups it was clear that people literally spend hundreds of real dollars per month on this game. It's intentionally addictive. I actually worked within that system and made it tolerable. Finally though even my paid VIP level quit working. Certain materials I worked for would disappear. It was frustrating to get close to a goal and then POOF have to start over. Customer service didn't respond to my requests from within the game or to the email I provided. I found them on Facebook and after several messages they told me I was wrong. Actually I had already wondered if I was wrong and had tested every option. I am confident that it was either an intentional tool they created or at best very glitchy software. It lasted through three revs. Deleting the app was a relief. The developer response is inaccurate. Read theirs and mine and you be the judge.

This game was super fun a first with excellent hero design and uniqueness but eventually it become nearly impossible to play for free on top of that new Heroes cost hundreds of dollars to unlock save yourself the time and money don't play this game

Greedy and stingy with a side of Horrible customer service!

WARNING!!! This game is extremely greedy with purchases and stingy with rewards and drops. Their customer service is atrocious, they refuse to acknowledge that their game glitches and refuse to reimburse or replaces what was lost via glitch. They lay blame upon their players saying "be more careful" when dealing with a glitch. #MoneyPit #GreedyApp #LameGame *update-I did indeed contact customer support and their Facebook page. Was ignored by the customer service and they block any negative comments on their Facebook. If there was a way to put -5* I would!

Only thing that I got out of the update, is slower progression and a lot of bug issues that cause the game to close out. It has also new content that can progressed by buying very expensive troops... spending $10-20 is not going get you any place in this game!

BEWARE!!! Don't Spend Money Here!

All I can say here is that the support - or more accurately the LACK of support is unbelievable. I made the mistake of actually spending real money in this game to get an item. Through normal game play the item was used in error (followed unclear game prompts). When I contacted support, they argued with me, said it was my own fault and they would not help to resolve. My respect for this developer has evaporated. BEWARE! Do NOT spend any money here!!!

Overall amazing!

You're favorite!

You, simply don't find a game better then this one. Please go look around and show me any game that's worth sticking with's prices. You'll be spending hundreds and they only ask for a simple 100 for their top of the line heroes! Anyone that gets into these types of games needs to understand that it's the cheapest and yet the best one around. I love my soul hunters and they love you right back!

Game's fun for the first six months or so depending on your VIP, but it becomes completely pay to win late game; if your not a whale, don't waste your time. Every month they release utterly broken heroes for hundreds of real dollars and manage to break features of the game at the same time. The game fixes come ONLY after they release more pay to win heroes.
