Was fun, now just frustrating

I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, and have enjoyed it. The last few months however have been frustrating to the point I am ready to just delete it from my phone. The balance is SO WAY off it’s a joke. While doing the Crucible of Fire, my level 100 team with a 5 star average was completely wiped out by a level 90 team with a 5 star average. Please explain how that works. This is not an isolated event, just the latest. I totally understand the developers need to make money, and I honestly do not begrudge them one dime. I just wish the game was not SO one-sided towards people who just want to buy their way to the top. I wish the developers were a little more loyal to the people who play their game, grind their team to higher levels, and occasionally spend a few bucks here and there. I’m gonna give it a little more time. If I don’t see any change, I’m done. Two weeks later: I’m done. Total joke.

Korean Version!!! Please! It is a simple enjoyable game. However, if the structure can enter the dungeon at any time, it would be great.
Needs an update for iPhone X.

Poor customer service caused me to quit

I played this game for about a year when it first came out, then they changed their log in method and my account was “lost.” I sent them screen shots and pay statements etc and they refused to help me. Do not waste your time with this game and it’s customer service.

Played the game pretty regularly, bought at least 3 character bundles that weren’t cheap, which totaled well over 100 bucks. Got busy with life and didn’t play for a little bit and went I went back to try and play...my account got deleted. ? contacted customer service and I got generic responses for trouble shooting why it wasn’t popping up. Provided my party name and email and a couple other details that they asked for and they told me to just create a new account and start over pretty much. Yea no thanks. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and this is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Best of the genre. Very fun. November 2017: New update to my review: The game is still fun, but it has just gotten WAY too expensive to compete. If you’ve read a few of these reviews, you’ll see that the developer responds by saying that many players have not spent money and done well. That is just not true. There is absolutely no way to remain competitive in this game without spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The strongest heroes all require $ to rank up, and it’s a LOT of money. And the difference in strength between the free and $ heroes is HUGE.
